Here's to a great journey! The start of my revolution!

I read today about God being intentional and purpose full in what He says and does. And that what He says will not come back void. Like a farmer who sows seeds. He expects to get a harvest and knows that something good will come up from the ground. God is the same way. He intentionally says or does things and knows the outcome. I love that thought, but taking it a bit farther.... Since we are made in the image of God, God wants us to be in His likeness. I believe that God wants us to be intentional and purposeful in what we do. I was thinking about this in my everyday life. I am not very intentional or purposeful when it comes to many areas. One area I am going to be taking this to is my food intake, and exercise. I am going to be very intentional in what i do and eat. I want to make the best of this one life that I have. I want to be intentional in what I eat so that I can live healthy and in turn a better and longer life. I want to be intentional in how i exercise so that I can make the most of my time, and make the most of my workouts. We are only given 24 hours in a day, I need to be intentional in how I use those hours. I need to be intentional with what I put into my body, so that I get the energy that I need for the day, and so I am not sluggish because of what I am eating! I need to start thinking about how I spend my hours. I want to be intentional and purposeful in all I do. This is the beginning of my journey. This is the beginning of my personal revolution. Not just in body, but in all areas. I want to make the best of my time on earth. I want to have great relationships, I want to have a great ministry, I want to have a great daily life, I want to be healthy, I want to be the closest to God that I can be! I know I am not perfect, but that is all part of the journey we call life! Here is to a great journey, here is to a great personal revolution, here's to a better me, and a better life in Christ!
